Wife calls,
"I'm on the way home, do me a favor and start making some rice, we're making Sushi for lunch."
K, how much rice do you want?
"It's 2 cups water to 1 cup rice, boil it 15 minutes or so"
Got it, how many cups of rice do you want?
"Add some salt if you want, just a little"
K, how much rice am I making?
"I told you, 2 cups water to 1 cup of rice"
Those are directions.
