I can relate... Wife lost her cell while shopping yesterday. She calls (at my suggestion) to have service suspended. She informs me that I need to set her up as an account manager, in order for her to suspend service. I call cell company, get her added as an account mgr and suspend the service.
Me:You're all set and service is suspended. Just call 'em back when/if you find it
Her:Why'd you suspend it?!?!? Now I can't call it (from friend's cell) when I'm in the stores trying to find it!
Me:WTF?
