Also don't shine them up, they are honest and fine just the way they are. To shine them up well you actually will lose value. Just oil em and clean the gunk/dirt off if need be as you would any spoon after a days use.
A 100 plus years of patina is desirable..

Tabs, what exactly do you mean by "don't shine them up"? isn't "oil'em and clean the dirt/gunk off " about the same thing.
