Wipe them down with gun oil , clean off the dirt and grease in the corners, clean & scrub the bore with a brush and cleaning patches.
But do NOT take off any of the Brown colour or sand and varnish the stocks. That brown colour is called patina and took a 100 years of use to put on there. Collectors like it that way...it shows the use and history of the spoon.
The 73 is 1891...
The 62 is 1954..
