I don't know if this is the place to ask - or if anyone here would know - but is there someone that collects the 'cores' of things like gauges, headlights, etc? I am replacing a gauge - but feel bad throwing away the old one, and would love to just send it to someone, if there is someone who reconditions them.
With the Allante we always send in our cores for things - there are so few parts, and no new ones are being made, that we are dependent on keeping the old parts 'alive'.
