You're not hallucinating Scott.

I was quite proud of my little catapillar back then. Clean shavin now.
I know I look like a homeless person here. Its actually summer time in the central valley of California working in a cold storage plant. Inside its 33 degrees. Outside its over 100 degrees. We used to horse around at every oppertunity when not loading or unloading trucks.

One of the best things of looking back is all the things that you have to look forward to in the future. I know you are going through some tough times right now, but it
will get better.
Another great memory for me concerning three wheelers AND my future wife... Fast forward about five years from the above pics.... My soon to be wife had never been on a three wheeler. We were at a friend of mines house. He still had one. A Honda 250R that was stroked to a 370 kit if I remember correctly.
Wife says "Hey, will you take me for a ride on that?" Me. "Ahh sure honey. One rule! Don't EVER....EVER take your feet off the pegs....NO MATTER WHAT!" I took her on the ride of her life....Straight down (30') into the river bed of the Kings River and straight up back the other side and then around our regular track (at speed). :O
Long story short.... My ribs were severely bruised for weeks (her hanging on) and my hearing was somewhat impaired (her screaming in my ear) after that ride.
I knew she was the girl for me. She never took her feet off the pegs.
