I cannot find any local source for the correct sized exhaust muffler flanges for a 996 or 997.
The closest I can find is a 304 SS 2.25 dia 3 bolt flange by Vibrant Performance.
Heres how they fit against a 996 exh header..........
Not shown is the fact the 3 holes are slotted for a "Universal" fitment, requiring washers to keep the bolts from pulling thru.
Anyone interested in sharing the cost of having flanges "water jet" cut in the correct dimensions?
If I have 25 made out of 1/2in 304 SS they will cost about $10 each.
