I am really liking the reverse light idea.

The other bit of information (and what I am really afraid of) I did not adjust the 5th - reverse stuff, because it looked good, I didn't change anything and I was running out of time. (always a good thing to rush these sorts of things, right?)

For those of you trying to tell me to shift, I haven't got the shifter hooked up as you need to grab first, first and as of yet, I have not been able to do that. (I think my English teacher is going to kill me)

Now, on the detent, that triggers the reverse lights I really should jack up the car from the front so all of my expensive oil drains to the back, correct? Also I think with some amount of playing with the input shaft I can get the trans into neutral, which I should also do first, correct?
