Landlords, Should I pay back the last months rent?
In December she says she is moving out the first of January... so I wasn't expecting rent for Dec. because she paid first and last... but then I get a rent check in the mail, so I presume her moving out plan has been delayed.
Not so, she has moved out... and asking me to pay her back the last months rent.
I fell like the fair thing to do is give her back the last months rent.
What say ye?
