I took the CE panel out and went over it thoroughly and cleaned the grounds etc at the suggestion of Chris. I also replaced the 53 relay for the starter(Merlin thought the whole mess was due to bad relays which I think was the problem) and now everything works with the ignition key(no more hot wires). I am going to try and start it again but I am still unsure which side to plug my damaged green wire ends. I have a new Bosch plug on the way but I won't know what sides are the correct orientation when I go to install it. It have a small fuel leak at the bottom of the fuel tank where the hose connects to it. I will try and tighten the hose clamp there and if that doesn't work I may have to pull the tank and replace or repair. How dangerous is it to try and start it with the fuel leak back there? Can the electrics of the fuel pump ignite it?
