Well... it would matter what year your Dodge was.
As I mentioned, early ones had 5x4 pattern - which was unique to Dodge (afaik).
Later had 5x4.5, which was shared with other brands.
Year one says the changeover in bolt circle size was 1972.

The left hand thread issue ended in 1970.


Because the A-arms were interchangeable from year to year, we would just convert any 4" pattern cars to 4.5" pattern. And the left hand lugs could be driven out and replaced easily.

This one has the 4" pattern in the photo. It was my second car.
