Obviously, I can't quote exact prices as parts vary but I would say, for a non-turbo 911, without just cramming a V8 in it, probably well over$10,000.
My SC weighs around #2850. I don't have a/c or power seats so that helps.
How light you want to go depends on how much you want to spend. I would suggest you spend some time doing a search here, reading posts buy the guys that have invesed time/money into lightening their 911s.

Are you capable of doing the work or would you farm it out to specialists?
As I replied to your initial posting, speed costs money and ,with the right amount of $$$ you can make your 911 into whatever fits your needs.
