If you want something that you can get in and drive anywhere, I think you are going in the wrong direction.
400 hp is tough to get from a 911 motor without having concerns about reliability. (Fuel may be a problem as well. Most likely, race gas would be the required diet.)
I don't mean to discourage you but these motors get very difficult to gain hp once you get to around 250-300hp. .
