this GD OS won't let me move the files I need to get Excel customized the way I had it on my old XP computer.

it denies me access to move my personal.xls file over into C:\Document and Settings\... yada yada

when I try to Edit the Permissions it denies me the ability to do that

How get my damn programs set up??

PS - tried using a separate file mgr (PowerDesk) but that won't work either. MS help not helpful
