I know the pro gun folks cringe at the thought of any more restrictions in their enjoyment of their sport/ activities. How ever weeding out this type of problem buyer seems to be in the interest of all.
I am curious, if once a buyer goes thru the background check, if it has to be repeated for each purchase?

From what I saw, he failed the drug test and that kept him out of the Army, tough question, the school is the only
Flag, unles you count if the sheriff done his job knowing the guy had made threats, pretty sure they had a record of that, this may have been avoided. Looking at the facts, we have a Congress Woman who is making a open, public appearance, there had have been threats, there was vandalism, and they knew who had made threats, add to that the complaints the school had filed. There were a lot more indicators, more than you-tube videos & blogs, but actual Policy records, in this case than in most shootings, the sheriffs office really dropped the ball on this one..
