I had a similar problem with one head leaking oil, or weeping as I was told on the shoptalk4rum. Apparently as the heads cool they can let oil out but should be ok at operating temps. I re-tourqed the head (B**** to do with the engine still in) but I've only run it for a short period and haven't checked if the problem is fixed.
As for raw fuel..... not sure how this would get there in sufficient amounts to form a puddle unless one of the petrol hoses was leaking. I'm thinking the petrol would be either burnt in the combustion or evaporate with the heat of the engine ( luckily not catching fire)
