Woodworkers: Need help with an old scroll saw

I was given this monster of a scroll saw by a friend at work. It must be 50 years old and it weights at least 75 pounds. It is cast iron. It's a Delta/Rockwell, no model number.

Problem is motor no worky. It is a 1/3 hp, 1725 rpm, 115v single phase. As you can see it has dual shafts. The opposite side is for a sanding drum. I've searched Granger.com and some other sites for a replacement motor with no luck.

A couple of questions for you:

1. Where else can I look for a motor?

2. What is an estimate of getting the existing motor repaired?

3. What is the value of the saw as it sits in it's current broken state?

4. Whats the value of it if I get the motor repaired/replaced?

Thanks
