Make sure your wives aren't cutting vegetables when the cops mistakenly bust into your house by mistake, because she's gonna get one in the head.

Most of my post will be edited tonight as I have a co typist (my cat is sitting on my lap in front of the computer).
The fact is that training is done to protect the officers. His training is to do what he did. I can't imagine that he enjoyed killing the guy, and maybe he shouldn't have, but you only have that .1 second to decide and react. My question is what kind of judge signed a no knock warrant under those circumstances?
The sad part is that if my house had a no knock entry warrant I would probably be the first one dead (maybe the second) firing at the intruders from my bedroom. In my case it would be better to just knock on the door and hand me a warrant. Unfortunately nobody knows that in advance.
