Yes, Lewis does some great work. "Liar's Poker" and "The Big Short" were both great reads.
I understand the power and connectedness of the US and global banking systems and how they're REALLY the ones in charge, I guess what I'm not quite getting is why nobody else seems to have a problem with Blankfein being at the meeting. The story keeps getting reported by the usual media outlets, but I seem to be the only one making the connection (and therefore, the only one getting pissed off....).
Like I said, I'm just a regular guy and in no way, shape or form claim to be a sage, but the whole thing just stinks to me. If I were Hu Jintao I would look at the guy and say, "Tell me again why you're here? Just sit in the corner Lloyd The Thief and take notes."
