Buy two, spend the extra $100 on beer.

Agreed for the big heavyweight jacks. Bought a similar one from Sam's Club ~ 10 yrs ago. Allied monster 3 ton jack for $70 I think it is???? Has served me well for occasional home use. Starting to show it's age 'cause you can hear it peep out a creak every minute under constant load. Means the ram is slowly losing pressure. Definitely got my money's worth out of that one.
Got my money's worth out of a Costco Kawasaki 24v cordless impact gun too. $48 lasted two seasons of track day work. But buying another POS cheapo is just a pain & a waste of materials. Bought a Craptsman C3 Li-Ion impact that hopefully should hold up longer. Sorry for the OT tangent
Old craftsman is pretty good. Had a trolley jack from when I was kid that finally crapped out~ 5yrs ago. 15yrs. is not bad for an economy hyd. jack like that one was. New chinese craftsman stuff is like most everything else nowadays- not built to last, built to wear out and be replaced by the next model.
