Is it bottom heavy?
Does it leak oil onto your lap or water into your feet?
Is replacement parts (ie, bolts, keyboard, buttons, etc.) cost a 10x compared to other?
Do they plan on making an all-weather SUV version?
If not to any of the above, then it can't be by Porsche.
