No knock warrants should only be issued when there is CLEAR evidence that there are deadly weapons or children in danger on the premises.

The SWAT guys just wanted to exercise their toys and uniforms. As such, they managed to convince a Judge to issue that warrant and got a citizen killed as a result. The Judge is as negligent as the guy who drew up the affidavit and the guy who pulled the trigger w/o hesitation.

I'm betting if one could read minds, the trigger guy was thinking....o fuch, o fuch, o fuch.....
