Yes the AAR, forgot about that. I converted to hand throttle so don't have AAR. And neither runners or throttle bodies are consumables and no other sensors are used from the CIS so I don't think there is a problem.
When I did the later installation of EDIS ignition I chose to use a separate ECU from MegaJolt rather than download and install the MSnS-Extra firmware because I like to keep it as simple as I can get away with. Simplicity=robustness
