It's been said above in this post, and it's the right thing to do. All will be eventually OK if she does not keep vomiting, unless she's bringing up parts of foreign material. If she's still eating and pooping just let it ride. It's when they start getting lethargic, vomit fluid and don't want to eat that you need to jump on it. She looks perky and alert in the pics.
