(3) mistakes
1. didn't inform you prior that he was carrying into YOUR home.
2. Removed weapon from his person
3. When your wife apepred with the weapon, he put it back on a table.
Sounds like he gets off on the attention of carrying--which is bad form. The whole point of CCW is that people don't know you are carrying.
