Sorry Wolfe, that's way out of my area. But you can contact the local bar association. They have a service to help people find local lawyers who practice in that area. Here's the contact information.

Contact them and see what you can get going quickly. You should be able to get a phone consult without having to go through the $25 mail-in and wait for an appointment route. We have the same service up here and the Bar will put people through for a phone conversation without waiting for the formal referral.
