I chose T-8 Fixtures because of the amount of light they can give off with the right bulb choice. They are also reasonably priced at around $50 each. A word of warning for you, if your cars paint is not perfect these lights will magnify it x20. They are great for bodywork. Can lights can cause spotty lighting. You would need lots of them to light up a shop well.
