And by the the time the case begins, the 2011 season will be over and the F150 will be retired..... since
it's just a chassis code. In addition, the best selling truck of all time is the F-150,
not the F150. If the dash proves irrelevant, then Ford can also go after Mercedes for compromising the brand identity of the E-350 passenger van.
