Hi Calspeed,
If you order your Momo wheel from Pelican, just order the adaptor at the same time. Most other places you can do the same. Just ensure you order the one suitable for your car model.
Again depending upon your model the shift knob may have a plastic cap on the top (has the shift pattern moulded into it) that you pry off first, this gives you access to turn it off. The Momo shift knobs tend to have their own universal system which should fit your model.
