Hmm, maybe a Bus motor mount bar???

Whatever it is, it's still not right and is causing your problems.

When you get the correct bar, do not use the rubber outboard mounts to attach it to the car! The bar will sag and the rear shift rod will hit the edge of the hole and you will still not have 1st/rev. Use the late motor mounting scheme complete.
