Manual steering - tie rod install question
I've done a manual steering rack conversion on my race car and am in process of installing the new tie rods. I have purchased Moog 378 inner rods and kept the later model outer ends. Just eyeballing the wheels straight I end up with about 20mm (3/4") of thread engagement on each tie rod end. Is this enough to hold a race car together?
