The advice to take along stronger pain killers will be on the top of my packing list next time. I think the long flight down dehydrated me somewhat and may have contributed. I am also going to see my doctor about the SUA levels. I'm glad I made it to the terminal where the paramedics could get to me. The funny part was all during the episode in the hospital the nurses kept asking "on a scale of 1-10 how bad is it". There were some really cute nurses too. Hell of an introduction though.
