Yes, cardiovascular medicine.

You have to look at screening from a societal point of view. Number of tests, true positives vs false positives (& all the extra testing that will incurr), complications, estimates of "lives saved" yadda yadda. Screening in the general pop is not the same as dealing with an established condition, or a super high risk population.

The same authors of the study I alluded to above have another article that suggests the best bang for the buck (from a societal point of view) is a single colonoscopy at age 65....

Remember, with everyone getting everything in the future you have to make choices about where the money goes...
