I think your intuition is right. If the car were low mileage and fully documented with no paint or mechanical issues, and fully optioned, it could be worth mid teens. This car is none of those things. If it is rust and accident free, and the car is mechanically tight, $10k would be about fair market value. $207k on a 1977 2.7 motor with no rebuild history is pretty amazing. These motors were the worst of the 2.7 batch...
