I asked on PPOT once about the best sealer. I was told to get the 511 stuff. I've got a countertop that's done with very porous 12" granite tile. I used the regular 511 stuff. It worked well. It seems to work much better than the other stuff that they sell that comes in the metallic green jugs.
I have seen stuff at HD that is for "wet look" sealing (enhances color and gives more gloss). I don't think it was the 511 stuff though.
I think that the 511 stuff that you have is probably the best, but I don't think they have a "wet-look" version.
