Hello guys, last night I got an email which i should not have opened, now my email is inoperative and my Nrton Antivirus 2002 is also inoperative. I recall getting something similar a while back, and Bill V helped us out, it was Bugbear@mm. Same symptoms, different virus. I am computer illiterate! Can anyone help??
