Not surprising that the little old lady behind him didn't react quickly enough to stop in time. You are a frigging idiot. Look at the video. He was going the same rate of speed as everyone else. He didn't hit the brakes hard. He came to a normal stop. His only error was thinking the person behind him would be paying attention.
