Make sure to provide information such as the FULL headers from the email and any useful information contained within.
The emails do look very official, sometimes linking to a paypal clone webpage (if you pay close attention, when you put your mouse over the paypal link, the link reads a totally different url). But they ask you things that paypal would never ask.. like SSN and such. Also, paypal will ALWAYS address you by your first and last name, not just "Valued Customer" or something generic like that.
