I need a bit of help valuing a car that I am looking at.

1989 911 targa
20k miles
near perfect condition
bbs wheels (I dont like them)
color is grey metallic (very nice color)
Clean Carfax
one owner

I know Targas are less desireable than coupes, but I really like to ride with the top removed.

I have not had a PPI yet, and I know the offer price will need to be based on good PPI results.

But, having said all that, assuming the PPI turns out OK, what is fair market value for this car.
