I detest the whole texting thing. I rant at our daughter about the dangers and stupidity of texting and walking. Texting whilst driving takes it to a whole other level
But I want to take you guys back to this carpark - the barriers on the level this boy fell from are barely 3 FEET HIGH. The grandmother was making the point that these barriers are not high enough and having used this carpark from time to time I agree.
She was simply making the point that something should be done about the barrier height and again I agree.
This is not about idiot proofing the world. It's really about bringing an outdated facility up to current safety spec.
