had a guy leave his 2 Rotts chained in the yard..
seems he got on post-quarters..
tracked him down..
parked my butt in his Cdr. office...
local LEO's filled charges..
Cdr. was a animal /dog guy..
it didn't end well for the a$$..
got the Rotts adopted..
