I think they'll look great on either car, but definitely should go on the one that has the brakes to show off.
If they go on the gray car, maybe have the calipers the same color as the car to contrast slightly against the gloss black of the rim? I think it would just add to the stealthy look of the car, rather than having a bright shiny colored calipers on a "flat" car.
