Since you have an extended warranty, call back and escalate it to a manager/supervisor. Get them to disclose to you, in writing, why they are denying the claim. If they refuse, keep going up the food chain. Make sure you document your calls. Make sure they know you are dcumenting their conversation. Be sure and get the correct spelling of their names...
