Hell, Cadillacs competed at LeMans in 1950. The one in front was rebodied by Briggs Cunningham and co-conspirators. #3 behind was basically stock, with the exception of dual carbs, a 35 gallon fuel tank, brake cooling ducts (go figure), and safety equipment. Both cars were entered by Cunningham.
