The fuel thing will be an issue for those of us outside North America. The Euro-spec car was tuned to run on fuel of around 97 RON (from memory: I can check the factory manual and driver's handbook)). So that's a significant difference.
On the other hand, a chip for Euro-spec octane-rated cars would also widen your market considerably...
