It appears that my engine is missing, I have a video of the idle.
Notes: It looks like it is idling where it is supposed to, ~950ish?
The car is warmed up.
I've changed the fuel dampner and regulator.
I've replaced the vacuum lines with the Lindsey lines.
My muffler is aftermarket, but would it make much of a difference?
The cat has been removed, if that makes any difference.
