Because of my recent experience I thought I would put in 2 cents.
Your $700 would be 1m3 I imagine, depending on the size tyres you are chasing you could probably get 2 sets in that area. A 225/50/16 Parelli P7 is 640 x 240 mm, 8 of those are less than 0.8 m3 if my mathe is ok.
