and the latest M-16 debacle from afghan and iraq. the powers that be have now had to design a .223 bullet that "YAWS" in flight so as the entry wound on insurgents high on opiates, is bigger and they might possibly get a 1-shot kill on insurgents! WTF??? you purposely redesign a bullet so it "YAWS"??????
