I vote for a simple french press. If you get quality coffee grounds they put out sublime coffee. If you have the $$ then go with what Tabs uses.

Keurig - BLAH!!! Those K-cup deals look appealing but (IMO) the coffee is weak and has a strange after taste if you try to bump the strength. They are no better than what you can get at 7/11. They are convenient though and guess for the mass market convenience sells.

You said you're wife loves coffee...so maybe a little inconvenience (dealing with coffee grounds) is worth it to her. Honestly, try a french press.
