I wonder if the video he took can be used as evidence against him or if the police will rely on their own evidence.
Also interesting to ponder:
Assume it is decided that the vid can't be used against him, but by now everyone knows it shows him going 140. Can an investigator ask him if he was going 140 mph? Obviously if he says no he's a liar, but if he says yes can he be charged with 140?? If it goes to court, can the prosecutor ask if he was going 140 before a judge?
This guy put himself and the law in an interesting position.
